The Pier Trust is delighted that the truncated pier (Phase 1) is now complete. We have recently been awarded an Architectural Heritage Fund grant which will enable The Trust to complete a feasibility report to further investigate the future development and viability of the next two phases.

Phase 2 is the Pavillion section, Phase 3 the long section that reaches out further into the sea.

Colwyn Victoria Pier Trust Ltd is a Not For Profit organisation established with the purpose of restoring the pier and providing a vibrant and sustainable attraction on the seafront. It will help to boost the Colwyn Bay economy, provide jobs for local people while also providing the community with entertainment, education and enjoyment for visitors and locals alike. 

Fundraising.

So how do we get the funds we use? We are undertaking a major programme of fund raising, including grants assistance and support from Trusts and Foundations to support the development of different aspects of the pier. However, we are also going to be appealing for SUPPORT from lovely people like you; loyal seaside supporters, pier lovers, and community crusaders who recognise the fun and enjoyment we all get from a memorable visit to the coast.

This will make such a difference towards restoring the pier to its former glory and bringing it back to its rightful place on the sunny sands of Colwyn Bay. With a donation you will help us to pay for structural design and engineering, architectural designs, environmental impact assessments and many other necessary costs.

There are many ways that the pier can provide inspiration, space, or the perfect platform for many important local organisations. Yn ddiweddar, dyfarnwyd grant cronfa Treftadaeth Bensaernïol i ni, grant a fydd yn galluogi'r Ymddiriedolaeth i gwblhau adroddiad dichonoldeb i ymchwilio ymhellach i ddatblygiad a hyfywedd y ddau gam nesaf yn y dyfodol. Cam 2 yw’r ardal bydd yn cynnwys y Pafiliwn; Cam 3 fydd yr adran hir yn estyn allan ymhellach i'r môr.

Mae Ymddiriedolaeth Pier Fictoria Colwyn Cyf yn sefydliad dielw a sefydlwyd gyda'r diben o adfer y pier a darparu atyniad bywiog a chynaliadwy ar lan y môr. Bydd yn helpu i hybu economi Bae Colwyn, yn darparu swyddi i bobl leol tra hefyd yn rhoi adloniant, addysg a mwynhad i'r gymuned, i ymwelwyr a phobl leol fel ei gilydd.

Felly sut mae cael yr arian a ddefnyddiwn? Rydym yn ymgymryd â rhaglen fawr o godi arian, gan gynnwys cymorth grantiau a chymorth gan Ymddiriedolaethau a Sefydliadau i gefnogi'r gwaith o ddatblygu gwahanol agweddau ar y pier. Fodd bynnag, byddwn hefyd yn apelio am GYMORTH gan bobl ffeind fel chi; cefnogwyr glan môr ffyddlon, cefnogwyr y Pier, a phencampwyr cymunedol sy'n cydnabod yr hwyl a'r mwynhad sydd i’w gael o ymweliad cofiadwy â'r arfordir.

A fyddech cystal â helpu ein hymdrechion drwy gyfrannu £5, £10 neu £20?
